Resource Center Information
The Center is open for walk in services Monday through Friday, from 10:30am to 2:30pm (Federal Holidays observed). The Center can be open additional hours with prior arrangements, for social groups, meetings and other functions. The Center is located at 1412 Ellis Blvd NW. There is parking at the rear of the building, through the St James Church parking lot off of 8th St.
The NWNNA Resource Center is now housing an Iowa Workforce Development Virtual Access Point. The public can use the three computers at the Center to access Iowa Workforce Development's website. You can apply for unemployment, check on status of claims, do job searches, have live chats with IWD help support, create resumes and more.

- The Resource Center has three computer stations, with internet access, for use by the general public.
- There is a variety of community events and program information that is available at the center.

Remaking the neighborhood we know and love: Northwest Neighbors seek a vision to unite the energy and efforts of neighbors helping neighbors as we continue to recover from the Flood of 2008, mend our neighborhood, and renew it as a vital contributor to Cedar Rapids and Linn County.

Northwest Neighbors are helping rebuild the Time Check neighborhood in which lived people who from the beginning built Cedar Rapids in to the dynamic community it has become.
